Community Guidelines

Last Updated: February 7, 2025

To maintain a professional and respectful environment within the MeetSpa Marketplace, it is crucial that all users engage with one another in a courteous manner. We rely on you to adhere to these guidelines when posting content, communicating with other users, using workspaces, and making or accepting payments. We take violations of these guidelines seriously and may suspend or terminate an account for repeated or serious violations. We may also moderate, remove, or edit any content that violates these guidelines or impacts the integrity of the MeetSpa Marketplace. These Community Guidelines may be updated periodically, and it is your responsibility to review the most current version.

We are committed to maintaining a safe and professional environment and take violations of our Community Guidelines seriously. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for repeated or significant infractions. To uphold the integrity of MeetSpa and protect our users, we reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any content that is found to be inappropriate, misleading, or harmful. As our community evolves, these guidelines may be updated, and any changes will be reflected on our website.

By using the Platform and Services, you agree to these guidelines, which are a part of the MeetSpa Terms of Use Agreement. If you have questions or believe another user has violated these guidelines, please contact us.

Host Responsibilities

  • Respectfulness: Always interact with professionals in a respectful manner. Bullying, profanity, obscenity, hate speech, or discriminatory speech will not be tolerated.
  • Workspace Ownership: Only list workspaces you own or have exclusive permission to list. If you rent a workspace, you may need proof of approval from the owner or manager before listing it.
  • Workspace Conditions: Ensure that all listed workspaces are clean, in good condition, and offer essential amenities such as restrooms, heating, or air conditioning (when applicable). Workspaces should also be stationary.
  • Accurate Representation: Provide accurate details about your workspace, including its condition and pricing. Be realistic and transparent, ensuring professionals know exactly what to expect.
  • Compliance with Laws: Adhere to all local zoning, permitting, and tax laws. Your workspace should be up to code and safe for professionals to use.
  • Price Honesty: Rates charged through MeetSpa should be equal to or better than those on your website or through third-party booking platforms.

Professional Responsibilities

  • Respect for Workspaces: Use workspaces as described and do not misrepresent your intended use when making a reservation.
  • Safety: Never store, transport, or possess hazardous materials in a workspace. Doing so is dangerous and may result in legal consequences.
  • Respectfulness: Treat hosts and their workspaces with respect. Bullying, profanity, obscenity, hate speech, or discriminatory speech will not be tolerated.
  • Care for Workspaces: Take care of the workspace and its amenities. Do not take host property without permission, and do not occupy the workspace beyond the agreed time without prior approval from the host.
