Fee Schedule

The total price of a Reservation is based on several factors specific to your Reservation. This page outlines how the price is determined and the applicable fees you will incur while using MeetSpa's Services. By using our Services, all Users agree to adhere to this Fee Schedule. The total price for a Reservation will be shown to you before you accept it. Once you accept, our Cancellation and Refund Policy will apply.

Upon making a Reservation request, MeetSpa, through our third-party payment partner, may place a hold on your payment method (e.g., credit card) for the total Reservation amount. When the Host accepts your Reservation, your Account will be charged for the full amount. If you make any updates to your Reservation, we may adjust the Host Fees, resulting in additional charges or a refund.

This policy is an integral part of the MeetSpa Terms of Use Agreement. Please read it carefully. If you do not agree to this policy, you may not use our Services.


What Comprises the Reservation Price?

Costs set by the Host:

  • Reservation Price: This is the rate charged by the Host for use of the Workspace, typically based on a daily rate.
  • Taxes: The Host is responsible for applying the correct indirect tax to the Reservation Price and associated Fees. MeetSpa does not collect or manage taxes on behalf of the Host. Hosts must input applicable tax amounts to help us calculate the correct Service Fees for both the Professional and the Host.

Costs set by MeetSpa:

  • Service Fee: A fee paid to MeetSpa for using the Services and the Platform, ensuring a seamless experience for Hosts and Professionals. This includes both Professional and Host Fees.

Other Costs:

  • Local Taxes: Taxes applied based on the Workspace’s location.


Additional Fees and Costs

Professionals may incur additional charges related to their use of a Workspace, which include:

  • Damages and Other Costs: If a Reservation is not fully adhered to, such as damage to the Workspace or violations of the Reservation Agreement, additional costs may apply. This can also include unauthorized use of payment methods or fines. Any additional charges may be billed directly to your linked payment method.

In such cases, you agree that we, via our third-party payment partner, may charge your Account for any additional fees. Any disputes regarding Additional Fees will be handled according to the dispute resolution process in the MeetSpa Terms of Use Agreement.


Service Fees

Professional Fees
MeetSpa charges a processing fee to Professionals, known as the Professional Fee. This fee covers the operational costs of running MeetSpa, including transaction handling and support for reservations. The fee is a percentage of the reservation subtotal and is shown during the reservation process. The fee is calculated based on factors such as the reservation price. Depending on your subscription, the Professional Fee helps maintain the MeetSpa marketplace, covering costs like secure access, payment processing, customer support, and partner services like lead generation.

Host Fees
Hosts are charged a service fee, known as the Host Fee, which is deducted from their payout. This fee is based on the reservation subtotal and is retained when the Host’s payout is processed. The amount of this fee will be clearly communicated to the Host during the reservation process. Similar to the Professional Fee, the Host Fee covers operational costs like secure access, payment processing, and customer support, while also supporting partners for lead generation and issue resolution.

Host payouts are typically processed within 3 to 7 days of booking completion. We may withhold payouts if a dispute arises between a Professional and a Host, or as permitted by the Terms of Use Agreement. Payouts for additional charges like overtime or damages, or resulting from a dispute, will be processed after resolution. Payout timing may be adjusted for any updates, reschedules, or cancellations of the Reservation.


Cancellations

All fees are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which governs any changes, cancellations, or refunds associated with your Reservation.
